A 10-minute exercise to reduce stress and increase energy.

This is a called a simple inversion. It is incredibly good for relieving feelings of stress, soothing the heart and spine, and repairing the nervous system. You can rest your legs up a wall if you like, and or can also incorporate the arms to encourage ‘boundless energy’.
